Used for the Reconstruction notes section of Old Korean terms in the hunju-eumjong (훈주음종 / 訓主音從) orthography with clear Middle Korean reflexes.

Term 1: gloss of the Old Korean term
Term 2: "coda" if the phonogram marks the coda consonant; "syll" if the phonogram marks the final syllable
Term 3: value of the coda consonant/syllable. Use an asterisk and a hyphen.
Term 4: the conventional reconstruction. Use an asterisk and capitalize parts which are not phonetically represented in the orthography.
