If passive past participle doesn't follow the pattern 4th param + -dõd (e.g., jeldõd) enter it in it's entirety as the 5th param, e.g., {{liv-conj-jellõ|võttõ|võtā|võtīz|võttõ|võttõd}}
Width can be increased with, e.g., x=100 or x=-100 if you want to decrease.
