Template:ja-etym-renyokei/documentation

This produces an etymology for a large group of nouns which are the 連用形 (ren'yōkei) or conjunctive forms of verbs. This template should be used to keep terminology consistent, since "conjunctive form" is just one of many translations of 連用形.
Usage
[edit]This takes one unnamed parameter, namely the verb of which the term in question is the conjunctive form. For example:
{{ja-etym-renyokei|掻っ払う}} produces
連用形 (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 掻っ払う.
Furigana (aka ruby) can be given in the second parameter, and gloss in the third, in the same manner as {{ja-r}}
.
