Usage

Declension template for nouns of i-declension with -եր (-er) in plural.

Examples: խոտ (xot), մազ (maz), սիրտ (sirt), գիծ (gic), համակարգ (hamakarg).

For reducible nouns add the second parameter as follows:

{{hyw-noun-ի-եր||սրտ}}

Note that Western nouns are rarely reducible. When copying the declension entry from Eastern Armenian, you should remove the second parameters for most words. For example գիրք

There is no locative. The definite suffix is added to ablatives and instrumentals, unlike Eastern Armenian. After the plural suffix, the dative marker is -ու not -ի

When copying from Eastern, beware that Western Armenian doesn't use reforemd spelling. So you may need to create a separate entry with the traditional spelling. For explanation, see {{hyw-conj-իլ}}

For animate nouns add a=on

For nominalized parts of speech add n=on
