Creates a new Ancient Greek entry. Only some parts of speech are supported so far. Module backend: Module:User:Erutuon/grc.

Supported parts of speech: noun, adjective, verb, verb form. Select part of speech with first parameter or |pos=.

Parameters

All parts of speech share some parameters, while others are unique.

All Greek parameters can be given using the Beta Code–ish system of {{chars}}: r(h~ma^ → ῥῆμᾰ.

To do: work out an intuitive set of positional parameters for each part of speech.

|def=

Required for all lemmas.

|head=

Headword, if entry name contains ambiguous vowels: the monophthongs α, ι, υ (a, i, u) without macrons, breves, circumflexes, or iotas subscript (◌̄, ◌̆, ◌͂, ◌ͅ).

|lsj=, |middle=, |cunliffe=

Add a reference template ({{R:LSJ}}, {{R:Middle Liddell}}, {{R:Cunliffe}}). Set to a truthy value (1, true) if the headword in this reference is the same as the entry name), or else enter the headword.

For noun

For adjective

Feminine form (if different from masculine).

|neut=, |n=

Neuter form.

|decl=

Declension: 1&2, 1&3, 2nd, 3rd

To do: add parameters for conjugation.

For verb form

Verb that this is a form of.

|infl=

Inflection parameters for {{inflection of}}. Replace pipe | with space : 3|p|aor|act|ind → 3 p aor act ind.
