Raw declension table for Scottish Gaelic nouns.

This should not be used directly in entries. Select one of the declension tables in Category:Scottish Gaelic noun inflection-table templates instead.

Usage

[edit]

For most nouns, the numbered and named parameters shown in the above exemplar above will be sufficient.

Numbered parameter 15 can be used to specify notes at the bottom of the table. Ensure these do not get too wide.

If you need to override the content of an entire cell (e.g. the dative plural in {{gd-decl-fear}}), use the parameters such as |nsi= and |gpd=, which are named according to the following scheme:

  • n = nominative, g = genitive, d = dative, v = vocative
  • s = singular, p = plural
  • i = indefinite, d = definite

When using these override parameters, be sure to wrap links to Scottish Gaelic words in the {{l-self|gd|...}} template.
