This is the conjugation template for faire. Its sources are Dictionnaire du moyen français (1330-1500), faire, subsection formes and the former {{fr-conj-faire}} template (modern French).

It accepts one parameter, |1=, the prefix. Only to be used for verbs that end in faire and share its conjugation pattern. For example {{frm-conj-faire|des}} on desfaire.

It automatically categorizes in Category:Middle French third group verbs.
