Do not remove these templates from entries unless they are somewhere they do not belong - some place names in Finnish are inflected with the internal locative cases, while others use external locative cases. This is particularly an issue with names for Finnish towns, as the rules behind which ones are used are not regular and at times confusing even for native speakers.
