This is the noun inflection-table template for (Central Alaskan) Yup'ik. It has the following parameters:

The invariable part of the stem|2=
The ending of the stem. This should be set to either:- aq*, eq, iq*, uq* if the stem ends on a strong uvular.
- q* if it ends on a strong uvular that is preceded by either a consonant or two vowels.
- aq, iq, uq if the stem ends on a weak uvular
- q if it ends on a weak uvular that is preceded by either a consonant or two vowels.
- ak, ek, ik, uk if the stem ends on a (front) velar
- k if it ends on a (front) velar that is preceded by either a consonant or two vowels.
- an, en, in, un if the stem ends on a nasal
- n if it ends on a nasal that is preceded by either a consonant or two vowels.
- a, i, u if it ends on a vowel
- ta if it ends on -ta (~ -te), preceded by another consonant, and thus trigerring suffix devoicing.
- aq*, eq, iq*, uq* if the stem ends on a strong uvular.
This template is meant for regular nouns only. If the noun in question is irregular, the template {{esu-decl-table}}
should be used instead.
