This template is used to create the definitions of Egyptian verb forms.

- The verb lemma form to link back to.

- The verb form/aspect/mood. The following values are possible:

- Voice. For active forms that are not participles, this should be left empty. The following values are possible:

- Type of verbal adjective. For all forms that are not verbal adjectives, this should be left empty. The following values are possible:

- nominal/emphatic form (identical to the relative form with a bare stem when uninflected for person and number)rel
- other relative form (with either a weak consonant at the end of its stem, or person/number endings)ptcp

- An optional gloss for the lemma form.

- Set this equal to anything for use of this template outside of definition lines (e.g. in etymology sections, for proper categorization).

- Set this equal to anything to add a final dot.
All of these parameters except the first two are optional.
