A definition-line template for any of the five names of the Ancient Egyptian royal titulary.
Parameters

- The type of name. Possible values are:
serekh
: the serekh (or Horus, or Set) nameTwo Ladies
: the Two Ladies (or Nebty) namegold
: the gold (or golden falcon, or golden Horus, or Horus of gold, etc.) namethrone
: the throne name (or praenomen, or cartouche name, or coronation name, or nesut-biti name)given
: the birth name (or nomen, or Son of Ra name); using this value is equivalent to using{{given name|usage=historical}}

- conventional modern name, and optionally other description, for the king(s) who bore the name

- dynasty of the king who bore the name, if it was only one king; if more, this should be written out if desired as part of parameter
