Template:crk-poss/documentation

This is the template used to generate regular possessive paradigms for Plains Cree nouns. It has the following parameters:

• |1= Gender and type. Should be set to either of the following:
  • |1=ii: Inanimate independent noun
  • |1=ai: Animate independent noun
  • |1=id: Inanimate dependent noun
  • |1=ad: Animate dependent noun
• |2= (optional) The possessive suffix
• |3= (optional) The plural stem (excluding the final -a or -ak)

Note that this template is not suitable for irregular nouns or nouns that have a w-m mutation in the stem.
