Cebuano headword-line template for adjectives. This just takes three parameters:

|1= - Headword, with accents
|2= - Comparative superlative, except those that are only formed by adding labi
|3= - Absolutive superlative, formed by adding pagka-
|4= - Plural form, only applicable to a few adjectives indicating measure (e.g. dako, mubo)
