Generates the header, navigation links and categories for a Unicode block subpage of Appendix:Unicode.
The template takes no parameters, but shoudl only be used on subpages of Appendix:Unicode.
Example

This page lists the characters in the Basic Latin block of the Unicode standard (version 16.0), which covers 128 code points from U+0000 to U+007F, all of which have been assigned.
