1588-1620, “{{{1}}} {{{2}}}:{{{3}}}”, in William Morgan, transl., edited by William Parry and John Davies, Mallwyd, Y Bibl Cyssegr-Lan, sef yr Hen Destament a’r Newydd[1]; republished London, 1804:

This templates formats quotations taken from the Welsh Bible of 1620 as held on the Welsh Wikisource, commonly known as the Morgan Bible, though the 1620 edition contains much polishing of Morgan's edition, which was published in 1588. To be precise, the Wikisource edition purports to be the 1804 edition of the Bible of 1620. (Work has begun but stalled on the 1588 edition.) Be warned that much of the Wikisource transcription has not yet been proofread, and indeed some of the original transcription seems to have been taken from a scan of a slightly different (more modern?) edition. In September 2022, the vast majority of verses contain discrepancies; things will get better with the passage of time. It is therefore generally necessary to check the transcribed text against the (excellent) images of the original.
