This template is used for quoting the original 1938 version of Contos e fantasias, available on the Lusophone Wikisource. The use of the original spelling for both the quote and the chapter name is strongly preferred.

• {{{1}}} or {{{chapter}}}: the name of the chapter where the quoted text is.
• {{{trans-chapter}}}: an English translation to the chapter name.
• {{{2}}}, {{{page}}} or {{{pages}}}: page number(s)
• {{{3}}} or {{{text}}}: the quoted text, in Portuguese.
• {{{4}}} or {{{t}}}: an English translation to the quote.
