This reference template is generally used in the ====Further reading==== or ===References=== section. It allows several optional parameters.

Parameters

|1= or |page=
To indicate the page on which the headword can be found.
|2= or |head=
The name of the entry with in the dictionary being referenced. Include all of the bold text at the start of the entry, including accent marks.
|3= or |passage=
The particular text of the passage being quoted. If you are using the template to reference a Proto-Slavic headword, you should copy the gender, stem type, accent paradigm and meaning here (i.e. the part after the bolded headword).
