If you have access to the Vocabulario de la lengua tagala 1613, in regards with the accents, follow the second part of the book containing Tagalog roots. For which the amendments are there, according to the notes.

Here is the full processed note to Modern Spanish with the attempted translation below (because inital and medial "s" are displayed as "ſ", some "v" to "u", some "y" to "i", some "ç" to "z" or "c", and some spacings need fixing.)

In the second part of this book, all the Tagalog roots go together with their first Romance [equivalent], in which all the mistakes of the roots will be found amended, such as the accent there, because I tried to put them there with all truth. Notice about these two letters. I. Y. that the first one is never written, nor does it put following vowel letters except this one, Y., like Rayz (root), cuydado (careful), oh more? deleyte (delight), etc. and even if it serves as a vowel. This one is also used, Y., in the end, it is for dictions, like ansy (that way), muy (very), ley (law), demy (of my), ny (neither), & o (or).
