This template generates an etymology for small katakana characters.
- In Japanese, they are: ァ, ィ, ゥ, ェ, ォ, ヵ, ヶ, ッ, ャ, ュ, ョ and ヮ.
- In Ainu, they are: ㇰ, ㇱ, ㇲ, ㇳ, ㇴ, ㇵ, ㇶ, ㇷ, ㇸ, ㇺ, ㇻ, ㇼ, ㇽ, ㇾ, ㇿ and ㇷ゚.
Usage
[edit]Place this template below the etymology header of any applicable entry.
Parameters
[edit]Positional (unnamed) parameters:
|1=
The normal (big) version of the character.|2=
The romanization of the big version.
Named parameters:
|lang=
The code of the language. If empty, Japanese will be assumed.
