     Tofu schmeckt nach wenig, aber alle kennen ihn. Tempeh hingegen hat ein volles Aroma, aber steht nicht mal im Duden. Wie kann das sein?

     Tofu has little flavor, but everybody knows it. Tempeh, on the other hand, has a full aroma, but isn't even in the Duden dictionary. How can that be?
