Word history
[edit]I would dispute that the word originates in Russian. Russian is younger than Turkish. It has a lot of resemblance with the Norwegian word jord, and the Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Finish and Saami word jurta — This unsigned comment was added by Ivarmagneauestad (talk • contribs) at 14:25, 19 April 2011.

Inflection
[edit]There are some mistakes in the iflection chart in Turkish section. It should be yurdu, yurda and yurdun; not yurtu, yurta or yurtun. 176.240.169.170 21:24, 4 December 2018 (UTC)
