I did not enter any perfective forms for the conjugation table because I'm a bit skeptical of Young & Morgan's perfective forms for this verb. Their perfective forms are:

PERFECTIVE singular duoplural plural
1st person yisdzaa yiidzaa (yiiʼdzaa) deiidzaa (deiiʼdzaa)
2nd person yinidzaa woohdzaa daoohdzaa
3rd person yidzaa daadzaa
4th person dzidzaa dadzidzaa

Mostly, I'm suspicious of the low tones in yinidzaa, as opposed to yínídzaa. In the first-person duoplural forms, the form in parentheses is what's actually given, but the glottal stop looks like it was added after normal printing. I wouldn't expect the glottal stop there.
