[edit]There's a use of whole that basically means "has trailing zeroes" and the more trailing zeroes, the more whole the number. It is by this sense we can say the we round 98 to 100 because it is a whole number. Am I wrong? 132.71.123.64 15:54, 4 October 2021 (UTC)
