Several important changes...text removed:
===Synonyms=== *beanie
as it is not synonymous with a child's beanie, under any circumstances.
Changed "in cold weather" to "when on watch" as that better determines when it is worn.
Color is not "dark blue" but rather, "Navy blue" (which appears to most people as the color black.)
