For those interested, a direct borrowing from the German term would probably result in *waszkicha. I was tempted to write "blend" in place of "partial calque", but it is a partial calque because the wasz- portion was directly borrowed, while the kuchnia part already existed in Silesian (and I think whence also the German term Küche), in the same way as Polish kuchnia.
