Also English

[edit]

I think this is also English, as this is always the name used on packages of the stuff in health food stores. There is no English translation, like "tofu" or "umeboshi". 24.29.228.33 21:57, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Alariaceae

[edit]

I've seen "Atlantic wakame" on a package from Atlantic Holdfast, and just found it on seaveg.com (Maine Coast Sea Vegetables) and mountainroseherbs.com, all referring to Alaria. That's three, which should be enough for CFI for the sense. Undaria is in Alariaceae. PierreAbbat (talk) 23:50, 1 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
