According to Robert Elsie's Dictionary of Albanian Religion, Mythology, and Folk Culture, this is a term for a vampire-like creature in southern Albanian mythology. The word has cognates in Greek, Bulgarian and Serbo-Croatian vukodlak ("werewolf"). - -sche (discuss) 23:33, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
