removed regelmäßig from Synonyms

I removed the word regelmäßig from "Synonyms" because it has a focus on temporal rhythms or spatial patterns as opposed to rules and laws. As a german native speaker I recognize the similarity in the word stems "Regel" and "Vorschrift", but to me the intuitive meanings are clearly distinct. --93.232.205.49 19:15, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
