Voila
[edit]This is a mistake -- "viola" is a musical instrument, and "voila" is an interjection. Two words, spelled differently.
I don't know enough about Wiktionary to fix this, but someone should.
Etymology
[edit]I'd be interested in seeing some more etymology; the following material may be useful:

Apparently incorrect definition
[edit]This does not seem to be English use for the English noun: (music) A 10-string steel-string acoustic guitar, used in Brazilian folk music. Unless there is a source for this, it should be removed. --Espoo 19:30, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
- The way to question a specific sense is to tag the start of the definition line (after the #) with
{{rfv-sense}}
. Then save and follow the "+" link to start a form discussion thread. We generally don't rely on sources, because this is not Wikipedia. We rely on citations. See Citations:parrot for an example of the data we use to support definitions. --EncycloPetey 19:35, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
