About Translations, the definition "The letter V in the ICAO spelling alphabet": If this is specified as ICAO then all translations are the same by nature, it should probably say ".. in a national spelling alphabet", then one could add different translations, f.e. from German spelling alphabet, Portuguese spelling alphabet which are not the ICAO alphabet.
