Latin. Claimed to be abbreviations of "ut annuntiaretur" ("to be announced" i.e. TBA) and "constituturum esse" ("to be determined" i.e. TBD). Maybe, but they haven't been defined as such anywhere else and it smacks a bit of language-revivalist neologism. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 01:40, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
