I get ##### points!" but are not allowed to use exponents or equations, so knowing terms like 'Tredecillion' really helps you out. [... K]illing a young girl by taking her virginity via Superball to the vagina gets you 100 times as many points as that, coming in at 10^42, 10 000 times as much as 10^38. This is also known as 'Tredecillion' points, the ultimate score.
