You can certainly have bisexual-friendly groups, which I think would make it a good headword as well worth creating an entry for, but my views are different from Wiktionary policy. Is a hyphenated term subject to SOP rules? I initially added this so I could list transfreundlich as a translation for it, if I remember correctly.
