Not really offensive or derogatory

Yeah, I was going to say: I can see how some people would see it as offensive (either because it's an attempt to create a simple noun for "trans person" at all, and that sort of thing drives a certain type of hyper-PC person crazy, or because it comes from 4chan and clearly everything that has ever come out of any part of 4chan must be bigoted by definition), but to call it "derogatory" seems downright silly - there are a wide variety of words that channers use when they want to talk about trans people in a derogatory fashion, and "tranner" isn't one of them. 35.11.156.189 07:48, 19 May 2024 (UTC)
