Talk:toxicodynamics

The original definition listed here for toxicodynamics was actually the definition for toxicokinetics. As a general rule, toxicodynamics is the study of how a chemical affects the body, while toxicokinetics is the study of how the body affects a chemical upon exposure. As noted in the definition for "toxicokinetics", these are the same basic concepts as pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics in the field of pharmacology. Jurban48 15:22, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
