Hello. Can we please check the inclusion criteria on this article? Here, seemingly, a non-native speaker of Spanish came across this phrase thinking it was common saying or proverb and wrote an article on it. Thanks. Schweinchen (talk) 19:55, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
This is taken from the title of a rather unnotable song and not a set phrase of the Spanish language or anything like that. By the same logic, we might as well include "The endeudaste, la cagaste", "The hipotecaste, la cagaste" and "Te compraste un coche, la cagaste".
- The phrase is perfectly cromulent in Spanish, just the definition "an anti-marriage proverb" is, well, shitty. Denazz (talk) 11:11, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
- The phrase occurs in books that predate the song by almost a century.[1][2][3] --Lambiam 19:46, 2 June 2024 (UTC)
