"Subatomica" , "Microverse" & "Quantum" Realm

I make art {sculpture}, so,philosophising & understanding & composing never seen before forms, I find of interest.When trying to conceptualize "quantum realms", "subatomica" etc., imagination-- IS a VERY powerful thing..the "Marvel" world recently, with "Antman" etc.,I am so fascinated & encouraged by the creative outpouring of a "new" subuniverse.. something to really look downward to. Having spent decades trying to imagine lightyears, or even 50k yrs. back in caves, (drawings) the "real Time" of minutes passing very much kicks in. So, as a layman thinker, would not "air", "hydrogen"& "oxygen" be at subatomic levels- Very large, unbreathable things? Not to pull apart or over criticize, because what interests me is...is the splitting of this universe possible down to particles & waves where the "quantum realm" COULD actually exist ? Obviously, being late to the discussion, alone, one has to ask this. Not owning a flat phone as well, just an 8 yr. old "Mac", I will be researching the question as laymanly as possible, since it's nice; to not only see through other thinkers imaginations, but attempt to realize the actually possible at the same time. A quick search on "duckduckgo" resulted in only several books, and a non-verbal "youtube" equation in process, not the plethora of/on "subatomica" I was hoping to find. Mathematics can attempt to explain ANYTHING, yet I'm looking for the regular, the common sense template of thought which can assist me in a simpler, "..yep, it might be.." approach to these incredible worlds. If one of the 3 people to read this has any ideas on books , or other printed matter relating to the above, first thanks , and then, let me know via this, I guess, since this is a 1st time, only time post. The subject is just an amazing reverse thought approach, and outside a movie studio, wants for more.
