the adverb "stertoreusement" may exist, but I never saw it used. When (for example) assessing a patient against the Glasgow Coma Scale, we add : "le patient respire d'une façon stertoreuse" ("patient breathes in a stertorous way") - or simpler "il est stertoreux" ( "patient is stertorous").

In spanish I think they may say : "respira estertorosamente". T.y. Arapaima 08:05, 20 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
