Talk:snookered

I am going to edit the definition, although I don't know if/how it applies UK usage. In U.S. slang, the emphasis is on having been put by someone else in a difficult situation, especially by being tricked and deceived. It does not apply to difficult situations that one gets into on one's own. Cuvtixo 14:45, 8 October 2011 (UTC) I guess this is only used in the passive voice. To be snookered.
