I don't know if the first (Fick et al., Wortschatz der Germanischen Spracheinheit) reliably distinguishes attested from reconstructed forms. The second (Suolahti, Die deutschen Vogelnamen) gives citations but not quotations. I'm inclined to trust it for now, if only because I don't want to try to track down digital copies of the works cited. So cited unless there is an objection.
