Well, I'm pretty sure that concepts in Pump Engineering or Obstetrics are not old enough to have any bonafide Latin usage. Certainly, "septuplex pump" has established modern usage in English in the field of Petroleum Engineering-- I'm sure one could find sufficient citations using that phrase alone.
