May I suggest the redlink form *selbawiljijaz is unlikely, with its sequence *-jijaz?

The etymology of the attested Gothic form -wiljis would be:

PIE *wélh₁- + *(Ø)-yós > *wélh₁yos > PGmc *wiljaz > Gothic 𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌹𐍃. The change of *-jaz to -𐌾𐌹𐍃 is consistent with the Gothic reflexes of *aljaz, *harjaz, *niwjaz, *niþjaz and *midjaz.

Therefore, on the assumption the word was formed in PIE: *selbawiljaz.

Even if the word was formed later, with a resegmented *wilj-aną + *-ijaz, Ringe shows *-ji- > -i- in Late PGmc. In that case: *wiljijaz > *wilijaz, which sits at odds with the results of Sievers > *wiljaz (again).

Therefore, on the assumption the word was formed in PGmc: *selbawiljaz.
