vs. rover beetle?

rover beetle appears in Chambers 1908, defined as "a salt-water insect"; it's not the same as this rove beetle (which has its own definition, and isn't a water creature) and can be found in a few Google Books. More info needed. Equinox ◑ 19:33, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
