...so we're including lapsūs linguae now? Despite all of the quotations and sources, I find it exceedingly hard to believe that these are intentional attempts to create a new word from repute and repudiate, and not mistakes of ignorance, human error, or haste. Just a thought, anyways. (Also, is this entry compliant with WT:CFI ?) —The Fiddly Leprechaun 18:30, 18 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Dunno what you mean by "now" - yes we tend to include them. Talk:fetii might be a good place for you to start reading. Mglovesfun (talk) 18:33, 18 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
Fetii and the others mentioned there are (hypercorrect) misconstructions, not lapsūs linguae. I would differentiate between the two. I could be splitting hairs, but I do wonder whether it is worth including words such as this that haven't exactly entered into common usage. Still, thanks for pointing that page out. (FYI, I really don't do much on Wiktionary, so I'm not as familiar as I would like to be with the established methods.) --The Fiddly Leprechaun 21:03, 18 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
