To my untrained ears, it seems like there is more of a difference between UK and US pronunciation than just the last syllable. For the most part, I agree with the IPA for the US pronunciation, but am not familiar enough with UK accents to say for sure whether the UK IPA is right or wrong. -- A-cai 12:13, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

The Cambridge Pronouncing Dictionary gives only the final syllable with different symbols, though for the UK they also give the syllable break after the "r" and deemphasize the preceding schwa. --EncycloPetey 13:24, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
