Page rename
[edit]I think this page should be renamed: rearrange the deckchairs on the Titanic. I think it's the most common form of the saying. Evrik 22:38, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

I always wondered what this word means, and I'm glad it's linked in the heading of this entry, or I would have been lost. DAVilla 16:55, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
Colbert
[edit]An editor is letting there personal bias [1] get in the way of fleshing out this entry. The Colbert entry helps give the article relevance. It should be added back in. Evrik 16:14, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
- Personal bias? Excuse you?
- Please take a look at WT:CITE. Your inclusion of more that one sentence is unacceptable. Furthermore, the addition of that example quotation does nothing for the entry. Furthermore, it is superfluous. Furthermore it adds spam from a known bad source, directly responsible for vandalism and widespread disruption here. Your allegation of a personal bias is unfounded and specious. --Connel MacKenzie 16:36, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
Fight Club Quote
[edit]Didn't the movie Fight Club have a similar enough line about "polishing the brass on the Titanic" to warrant a mention?
