It can be considered as a misspelling or as a rare alternative spelling (the origin is râteau, which explains this spelling). On Google Books : ratisser : 24600, râtisser: 289. On Google: ratisser : 93600, râtisser: 5230. Lmaltier 15:34, 27 November 2010 (UTC)
