Context of "Get Lost"
[edit]Given the popularity of this phrase in Minnesota and Canada, thanks to the Great White North sketch comedy skit performed by Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas on SCTV, as well as the apparent common nature of it in Britain, the expression of "push off!" might merit mention as an idiom (whether mostly parodic or actual).
