I don't believe this is a plurale tantum. See the caption at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pork_rind&oldid=123835773 of "A pork scratching from a bag purchased in the UK.". William Avery 21:36, 19 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
