Talk:personocracy
Add topicIt's used that way but
[edit]It's a confusion with its hyponym hominocracy. hypernym: person (criteria: intellect and sometimes empathy) > hyponym: human (criteria: same as person with the addition of the biological criterion) Sometimes specifics are important. Great philosophers aren't necessarily great semantic labelers (semantocladologists). When you write a big essay, wise semantic labeling is important in order not to merge meanings under the same noun.

Sense 2: "(philosophy) Belief that personhood and at least one person (bearer of it) are the most important factors within some or all concepts". It seems that this could use rephrasing too. Equinox ◑ 07:34, 14 December 2019 (UTC)
- Same (Greek IP) creator as hominocracy, above. I don't think they really thought anything through before making this up, so it may not mean anything that makes sense. Chuck Entz (talk) 21:33, 14 December 2019 (UTC)
